Authentors empowers Certifiers to create NFT Certificates for their Graduates.
The Authentors Turnkey Solution implements the following simple procedure:
Certifier Actions:
Graduate
Agreement Form
Send your Graduates a link to a form, asking them to confirm that they want to receive an NFT.
In this form the Graduates also fill in their Gmail addresses that connects to their wallet.
Eligible Students
Upload an Excel list of approved Graduates with names & Gmail addresses. This is to cross reference with the completed forms, and adds an additional security layer.
The Diplomas
Upload the png versions of the diplomas for each Graduate, with their name already added. (Alternatively, you can send a template of the diploma and Authentors can add the Graduate names, at additional cost).
Authentors cross references the pngs with the the excel sent by Certifier as an additional security layer.
Independent Minting (Optional)
Authentors enables Certifiers to mint Certificates as NFTs Independently.

The Authentors Turnkey Solution implements the following simple procedure:
1) Authentors creates a digital wallet for the Certifier. (Authentors buys crypto to fund both NFT minting and NFT wallet transfer fees).

2) Authentors generates NFT versions of the Graduate diplomas (Authentors covers all NFT minting fees) according to the excel list sent by Certifier.

3) Authentors opens a digital wallet for each Graduate.
4) Authentors transfers the NFT diplomas from the Certifiers wallet to the wallets of each Graduate. (Authentors pays transfer fees).

The students get notified by email (to the Gmail addresses that they provided in the form) of how to access their new wallet, where their NFT has been sent.
Ownership
Certifier retains ownership of their wallet and Graduates retain ownership of their wallets & NFT diplomas.
